How did I get here?
I'm Corné and I was born and raised in South Africa, and the sweet shops over there had the most amazing tasting fudge! I have always enjoyed making and baking sweet things in the kitchen on school holidays and weekends, so I guess that's where it stemmed from, and of course, my late dad's sweet tooth, which has definitely been passed on to me.
I finally took the plunge..
to share my love of sweet treats and started The Woodland Fudge Co. in 2021. I make and package all of the fudge myself, in my kitchen at home. I start the day very early in the morning to get the freshest fudge made ready for my customers. I use old-fashioned techniques and only the best ingredients to ensure the highest quality. My goal is to make your tastebuds happy!
I have a passion for making the sweetest of treats..
and recently found a love for making fudge. It is such a popular and melt-in-the-mouth delicious treat, the perfect gift for someone special, or just a treat for yourself, because... well, why not?!
